Comments
We do not collect or post comments on our site. If users choose to send us contact requests, information requests, or consultation requests via our site we collect the data shown in those forms that the user voluntarily supplies along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. You consultation and information requests are not made public.

Contact forms
When a visitor voluntarily supplies information through one of our contact forms, consultation request forms, or other form on our website, that information may be kept indefinitely and may be printed and added to the visitors medical record which is kept private and protected by HIPPA guidelines. We do not use information provided collected through these forms for marketing.
