Dr. Russell W. Boyd

Dr. Russell Boyd is a native of Paris, Tennessee. Dr. Boyd received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from Vanderbilt University and completed a 5 year residency in General Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He has undergone additional training specifically in the field of cosmetic surgery and is fully credentialed at all 3 of the area’s surgical facilites.
Dr. Boyd is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgeons. He has been in practice in Paris since 1999 and during that time he has served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at Henry County Medical Center as well as being elected State Counselor to the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Boyd’s work has been published in national surgical journals and he has been invited to lecture at teaching programs from California to Florida. Dr. Boyd has performed well over four thousand cosmetic surgical procedures and has been designated a Master Surgeon.

drandrewDr. Andrew H. Lundberg

Dr. Andrew Lundberg is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. Dr. Lundberg is a native of North Carolina. After completing his undergraduate studies at Guilford College in North Carolina, he received his Medical Degree from Bowman Grey School of Medicine. He then finished a 5 year residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Lundberg has been instrumental in the building and development of the first ever angiography suite at Henry County Medical Center. With this technology and his training, Dr. Lundberg can apply vascular and endovascular techniques to repair aneurysms and blockages of blood vessels. This can often times be accomplished with only a 2 inch incision on an outpatient basis where much more extensive surgery was required in the past. He also uses laser technology to treat varicose veins in the legs and he oversees our onsite vascular lab for early diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease.

Dr. Jason L. Harper

Dr. Jason Harper is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Harper attained his Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis. He earned his Medical Doctorate (M.D.) degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed a 5 year Residency in General Surgery at the University. In addition, he completed a year long fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University of Tennessee with special training in advanced laparoscopic surgery techniques.
Dr. Harper is a member of the American College of Surgeons, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. He has authored and co-authored numerous research articles in surgery. Using small scar surgical techniques and advanced laparoscopy, Dr. Harper can offer patients fewer visible scars, shorter hospital stays and a quicker recovery than was possible with older techniques.

Dr. Amy P. Boyd

Dr. Amy Boyd is a Board Certified M.D. Anesthesiologist available to provide a full range of anesthesia services through her independent contractor arrangement with Paris Surgical Specialist, PLLC.  Dr. Amy Boyd obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and earned her medical degree (M.D.) from Vanderbilt University. She completed an Internal Medicine internship and a 3 year residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Amy Boyd is expert in general and regional anesthesia techniques. Since 1999 Dr. Boyd has been ensuring patient safety and is available to serve as your personal internal medicine doctor, at your bedside, in the operating room.
